Project Completed Hertfordshire

This negotiated project was secured following a recommendation from one of our valued existing clients. Having successfully obtained full planning permission and discharged all relevant conditions, construction is now complete.

The scheme comprised a substantial replacement dwelling of approximately 7,000 sq ft, together with bespoke garaging and associated outbuildings. Working closely with the design team, we progressed detailed specifications and structural design alongside the planning application to ensure the project was ready to commence immediately upon approval.

Through early coordination, careful pre-construction planning, and proactive management, we delivered a high-quality home that reflects both the client’s vision and the exceptional standards expected of a property of this scale.
