New Project Started Hertfordshire

A negotiated project, based on a recommendation from one of our existing Clients. Having obtained planning permission and discharged all relevant conditions, construction is now underway. A replacement dwelling of approximately 7,000 square feet together with garaging and out buildings. Alongside the planning application we are developing the various specifications and structural requirements so that works could commence as soon as planning was granted.
