Chairman
Tom Brennan FCIOB
Following a successful career in design & build project management, Tom founded Brennan Limited in 1993 to create an organisation, which was entirely customer focussed and devoid of third party influence.
Through Tom’s open, understanding yet dynamic leadership style Brennan Limited has grown into a capable, stable and trustworthy Chartered Building Company.
Whilst not involved in day to day in the business, Toms influence continues to run through everything we do.
Managing Director
Glenn Martyn MCIOB
Glenn joined the Brennan team in 2006. Having been a Director for most of that time he was a natural successor when Tom stepped into the role of chairman.
With over 40 years experience across all facets of construction he brings a balanced and considerate leadership which provides the business with stability in an ever changing industry.
He believes in equality and fairness, whether that be for the staff, our clients or the supply chain with honesty and openness is key to what we do and how we do it.
Commercial Director
Jake Evans MCIOB
Jake takes overall control of our Group’s commercial activities, reporting directly to the Managing Director. His personal desire to work with balanced and fair contract terms with all parties perfectly complements the company’s non-adversarial stance.
He firmly believes that open and frequent communication is a key part of any project’s success and he is driven by the achievement of optimum results via a highly motivated team.
He has a solid background in estimating and commercial management roles within a variety of specialist construction sectors.

Bryan Shears
Bryan takes overall control of our company production activities, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Bryan’s measured approach and practical knowledge across all areas of the project process means that he is held in high regard by clients, consultants and sub-contractors alike.
His skills in pre-tender, planning, site and project management means that he is a well-rounded construction professional with the ability to lead complex projects through to successful delivery.

Kathy Geraghty
Kathy has been a part of Brennan for over 20 years and brings with her a wealth of experience and takes the lead with in the financial department.
Commercial Lead
Matt Welham
Matt has 30 years experience within the Construction Industry.
Matt leads the commercial team at Brennan and offers sound advice at all stages of the project.
Senior Estimator
Adrian Norman
With over thirty years of estimating experience Adrian is a commercial all-rounder. With his experience in a variety of well-respected local construction firms means that he has a valuable network of suppliers and local projects to draw from when estimating new projects for Brennan Limited.
Project Manager
Andrew Cawtheray MCIOB
Andrew is an essential member of the team covering the majority of Brennan’s work within the London area. He is an effective manager and the critical interface between a construction site, incumbent occupants and the general public.

Gilliaum Vermeulen
Gilliaum started his career in the interiors industry working as a carpenter and it was here that he developed a close eye for detail in quality finishing's. He has developed a powerful management style and a broad mind with a sharp focus on detail. His clarity of communication is a key motivator for everyone in the team and no one is left in any doubt regarding his expectation of them.

Rob Widdowson MCIOB
Rob has gained a reputation for successfully managing complex projects, which have encompassed high elements of structural work, intricate logistical problems and quality fitting out with coordinated services installations.
With many years’ progressive experience in construction coupled with a wide exposure in site and project management, Rob has a well-deserved reputation amongst clients, consultants and sub-contractors for his pragmatic, authoritative and proactive management style.
He has a hands-on approach to problem solving, precise attention to detail and can meet tight deadlines. These skills are combined with his natural ability to bind teams together
