Bennet House is a stunning redevelopment of a period corner building, into four lateral apartments and one duplex penthouse with a spectacular roof terrace.

Amsprop awarded Brennan Limited the contract to convert five storeys of former office space into modern luxury living.

Farm House

By way of contrast, this project included the refurbishment of a dilapidated grade 2 listed farmhouse, with the listed section being converted to an indoor swimming pool and gym. Extensive two storey extensions to provide a substantial individual dwelling set within an established woodland. A relative light touch in terms of internal finishings in keeping with the brief.

This project was a 7,000 square foot luxury new-build home for a private client located in a Home Counties village, won through competitive tender.

Private Residential Essex

Brennan Limited were appointed to demolish an existing house and construct a new luxury house on the same site, totalling over 9,000 square feet. The build presented a number of challenges, not least excavating the side of a sloping site to create the foundations and basement and the civil engineering test of laying pipework 300m up the drive from the highway.
