Mercury Park Cafe
This design and build project was a shell and core construction of a new café in a commercial park in High Wycombe.
With a contract period of only 19 weeks it enabled Brennan to demonstrate its strength in delivering projects with a tight turnaround time. The project involved a high level of M & E co-ordination with visible M&E works in the ceiling space.
The works
Installing suspended ceilings
• A large odour control unit was installed in the commercial kitchen
• Installing and connecting a separate SSE kiosk
• Providing a new accessible toilet
• Installing, coordinating and commissioning new incoming mains services.
• Landscaping and planting an aqua garden. The outside area works also comprised installing car charging points, bicycle storage racks, bin store screening, together with creating additional car parking space with new lighting bollards
• Installing signage
The Shed was handed over ready for fit-out. This custom-designed café now provides a smart and welcome amenity hub for the Mercury Business Park, with a stripped back, industrial aesthetic.
