The Results
Beechworth House was located on a busy London thoroughfare and required liaison with neighbours throughout the project. It was registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme. The site was also constricted and difficult to access so detailed traffic management plans were put into place and logistical delivery plans were executed.
The results
The apartments themselves, have been designed to maximise light and space with built-in storage in the bedrooms and high specification kitchen units and sanitary ware.
