Following the successful completion of their head offices in London, The Lotus Group, appointed Brennan to construct their new regional offices in Croydon

This design and build project was a shell and core construction of a new café in a commercial park in High Wycombe.

With a contract period of only 19 weeks it enabled Brennan to demonstrate its strength in delivering projects with a tight turnaround time. The project involved a high level of M & E co-ordination with visible M&E works in the ceiling space.

The site on Goulston Street sits between a hotel and a residential block, making access and logistics particularly difficult. Working closely with our neighbours, we developed a management plan to ensure we could complete the programme whilst minimizing any disruption.

This project was a 7,000 square foot luxury new-build home for a private client located in a Home Counties village, won through competitive tender.

Having completed the base build Brennan were subsequently awarded the Contract to design and fit out two floors for the Employer. 

The requirement was to create a number of individual laboratory suites for letting to small organisations associated with Imperial College and to include shared equipment rooms (autoclave, bottle washing, freezers) together with communal tea points.

One of a series of repeat projects for Imperial College for tenant Autolus at Forest House.  Autolus are building a leading biotechnology company focussed on the development and commercialisation of engineered T-cell therapies for haematological and solid tumours.  Autolus has the ambition to be a leader of a revolution in medicine in which life-threatening diseases are treated by a patient’s own cells.
